Anne Sullivan

 

Anne Sullivan is an Assistant Professor of Digital Media at Georgia Tech in Atlanta, GA. She is an award winning quilter and has been designing and creating quilts for over 10 years. She has had her quilts shown in a number of magazines, books, and exhibits both regionally and internationally. She is the founder of the Quilt Design A Day group, and helped organize the Quilt Design A Day quilt exhibit at QuiltCon 2016. Her quilt designs have been featured on websites and apparel, used for three MQG Quilt of the Month patterns, and she has also been featured on the Fresh Quilting TV show. She is the creator of the Palette Builder and Equal Quilt Design tools on her website PlayCrafts.com. Anne’s work draws inspiration from the personal stories and experiences we all share, and using design theory to express these in a visual medium. She has two cats whose sole mission is to sleep on every piece of fabric she owns.
