Message from the designer: This design was a pivotal time in my life that felt like I was climbing ladders to no end. I shared this on my blog www.MixiHeart.com. It turned out to be one of my favorite designs. I had a blast piecing this quilt but the very best part was quilting. I quilted feathers for the very first time as a focal part of the quilt. It was a huge step for me in my quilting career. It is hard to try new things and for me I had in the past where my quilting didn’t live up to my piecing. However, with this one it wasn’t the case. So many reasons this design is special to me and I hope that you can find the same love to create something from the heart to enjoy.

Available in three distinct sizes, this custom printed quilt top is made of a 100% lightweight polyester blend. The fabric is color fast, will not unjustly fade and the ink will not bleed through years of washing. It is machine washable, with cold water on gentle cycle using mild detergent – tumble dry with low heat. Featuring vivid colors and crisp lines, this highly unique and versatile fabric is durable enough for both indoor and outdoor use. It has minimal stretch, and a fine weave.
