Starry Sky

Message from the designer, Monika Henry: The star block in Starry Sky is based on a Waldorf-inspired craft I did with my daughter one afternoon when she was recovering from surgery and not allowed to do anything she considers fun. We used the full rainbow of coloured papers we had available to make our star, and hung it on our patio door where it would catch the light. Seeing it there inspired the quilt block in the Rainbow version of this design, and it didn’t take much for me to decide to also make a version where all the stars make up one big rainbow, or colour wheel.

Available in three distinct sizes, this custom printed quilt top is made of a 100% lightweight polyester blend. The fabric is color fast, will not unjustly fade and the ink will not bleed through years of washing. It is machine washable, with cold water on gentle cycle using mild detergent – tumble dry with low heat. Featuring vivid colors and crisp lines, this highly unique and versatile fabric is durable enough for both indoor and outdoor use. It has minimal stretch, and a fine weave.
